Dirk Pfeiffer is Professor of Veterinary Epidemiology at the Royal Veterinary College in London, UK. He currently provides scientific expertise to the European Food Safety Authority, the European Commission, DEFRA, the United Nationโs Food and Agriculture Organization and various national governments.
