- Chronic inflammatory tracheobronchial disease: 125–500 μg (micrograms)/dog q12–24h.
Cats:
- Feline lower airway disease: 50–250 μg (micrograms)/cat q12–24h.

- Inhaled steroids are known to suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, although they are considered generally safer than systemic steroids.
