Dose of Clofazimine in Dogs and Cats

Dogs, Cats:

  • 4–8 mg/kg p.o. q24h for 2–6 months.
  • For the management of mycobacterial infections, the drug is generally used in combination therapy with other antimicrobials including fluoroquinolones and clarithromycin.
