Beef Production in Crop-livestock Systems: Simple Approaches for Complex Problems PDF. ACIAR has supported cattle health and production research programs in many countries, focusing on component technologies such as forages, epidemiology, vaccine development, nutrition and genetics. Increasing focus has been given to understanding how these technologies can be adapted to and integrated into smallholder farming systems. The case studies presented here highlight the approaches that have been taken by recent ACIAR-funded projects in Indonesia, Vietnam and China.
