• Use as part of a comprehensive flea control programme in conjunction with on-animal adulticide products.

Dose of Pyriproxyfen in Dogs and Cats

Dogs, Cats:

• Fleas: spot-on/spray products apply monthly.
• Feed mix: 100 g/10 kg body weight (equivalent to 500 μg (micrograms) pyriproxyfen/kg) per day.
• Household spray: one can cover 79 m2. Use in the environment as directed.

Side Effects of Pyriproxyfen in Dogs and Cats

• None reported.

Contraindications of Pyriproxyfen in Dogs and Cats

• Do not use environmental spray directly on animals.
• Products also containing permethrin should not be used on cats.
