Uses of Latanoprost
- Its main indication is in managing primary canine glaucoma and is useful in the emergency management of acute primary glaucoma.
- Often used in conjunction with other topical antiglaucoma drugs such as carbonic anhydrase inhibitors.
- Â It may be helpful in the management of lens subluxation and posterior luxation despite being contraindicated in anterior lens luxation.
