FAQ

Quick guide for Downloading, Files & Membership. If you still need help, submit a ticket at the bottom.

Downloads & Reading Help

  • Windows: Right-click → Extract All.
  • Mac: Double-click (unzips automatically).
  • Android: ZArchiver or RAR.
  • iPhone/iPad: Files app → tap ZIP → Preview/Extract (or use iZip).
After extraction you’ll see PDF / EPUB files.
  • Windows/Mac: Calibre (recommended)
  • Android: Lithium, ReadEra, Moon+ Reader
  • iPhone/iPad: Apple Books (built-in) or Marvin
If layout looks odd, try another reader app.
  • Update to the latest viewer.
  • Desktop: Adobe Acrobat Reader / Foxit.
  • Mobile: Adobe / Foxit or built-in viewer.
If text is garbled, re-download and open in Adobe/Foxit.
  • Use the second server (same file).
  • Try a VPN: ProtonVPN, Windscribe, TunnelBear.
  • For speed: use a download manager (FDM on PC/Mac, ADM on Android).
  • Android: Files → Downloads or the app’s folder.
  • iOS: Files → On My iPhone → Downloads → “Share” → “Copy to” your reader app.
  • Unzip: ZArchiver (Android), iZip (iOS), built-in (Win/Mac)
  • EPUB: Calibre (PC/Mac), Lithium (Android), Apple Books (iOS)
  • PDF: Adobe Acrobat Reader / Foxit
  • VPN: ProtonVPN, Windscribe, TunnelBear
  • Download Manager: FDM (PC/Mac), ADM (Android)

Membership — Poblems, Pay, Upgrade, or Cancel

  • Clear browser cache & cookies completely.
  • Log out of your account, then log in again.
  • Try another browser or device (to rule out cached limits).
  • If it still shows the old limit, submit a ticket with a screenshot.
Tip: Some browsers keep aggressive caches; a full clear + re-login fixes it in most cases.
  1. Go to the Subscriptions page.
  2. Select your membership → Sign Up / Checkout.
  3. Fill your details and complete the checkout.

⚠️ You must cancel your current membership first.
  1. Cancel your active plan (see Cancel below).
  2. After cancellation, go to Subscriptions.
  3. Choose the new plan → Sign Up / Checkout → complete payment.
