Dogs:<\/strong><\/p>\n
Start at 0.05\u20130.1 mg\/kg p.o. q12h<\/strong> and gradually increase at 2-week intervals to a target dose of 0.3\u20130.4 mg\/kg p.o. q12h, if tolerated.<\/p>\n
Doses of 0.3 mg\/kg p.o. q12h and then increased at intervals up to 1.1 mg\/kg p.o. q12h<\/strong> in ACVIM stage B2 (cardiac remodeling, no signs of cardiac failure) degenerative mitral valve disease, has been reported.<\/p>\n
