Lokivetmab is a caninized monoclonal antibody (mAb) specifically targeting canine interleukin-31<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
The blocking of IL-31 by lokivetmab prevents IL-31 from binding to its co-receptor and
\nthereby inhibits IL-31 mediated cell signalling, providing relief from atopic dermatitis-related pruritus and anti-inflammatory activity.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Uses of Lokivetmab<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Indicated for the treatment of clinical manifestations of atopic dermatitis<\/strong><\/span> in dogs.<\/li>\n
If the dog does not respond to 2 doses 1 month apart, then alternative treatment should be considered.<\/li>\n
After repeated doses, the clinical efficacy may persist beyond 1 month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
